Communication Management

In the project management process, it is the work of determining the responsibility areas of the stakeholders and preparing the communication management plan. With communication management, it is aimed to collect information in a healthy way during the project management process, to inform authorized persons, to enable transparent, accurate and fast decisions to be taken, and to minimize errors arising from lack of communication or wrong information.

Review of Projects

We prepare a Technical Evaluation Report by evaluating the technical suitability of the approved and/or submitted projects.

Determining the Budget and Making Cost Controls

For projects whose exploratory summary has been completed, we make a budgetary evaluation of the construction, mechanical and electrical costs specific to the project site and create the general budget. By comparing the costs incurred during the tender process and during the construction phase, we ensure the compliance with the budget.

Project Time Management with Preparation of Business Plans

We transfer the pre-production and construction phase processes to the business plan. We manage all the processes of the project with the business plan. By evaluating the potential risks that may delay the process, we share the possible delays with the investor without delay and guide them to take the necessary measures.

Quality management

We evaluate the quality standards of the contractor firm and the Quality Management Plan in order to fulfill the contractual obligations. We regularly monitor quality requirement documents such as material approval forms, checklists and test results during construction.

Field Supervision

During the project implementation, upon the request of the investor, we conduct regular and continuous on-site checks and present them as reports.

Test and Commissioning Study

We accompany the contractor company during the commissioning of the project and share the test results with the investor. We check the adequacy of the test forms.

Participation in Admission Processes

During the Provisional Acceptance phase and in the preparation of the Provisional Acceptance file, we accompany the preparation of the relevant documentation, the fieldwork with the Acceptance Committee.

Dispute Period Consultancy

We provide impartial and transparent support in technical-based disputes in the project processes and provide technical opinion on the conflict.
