As PR Energy, we visually inspect and report the construction, mechanical and electrical materials that will be assembled or completed at the project site.
We control the supply of materials that have reached the project site and/or whose assembly has been completed in accordance with the technical specification and the approved application project. We report material inconsistencies in the promised technical specifications.
We make thermal measurements at the connection points (Main Distribution Board, Transformer bushings, MV ports, DC junction boxes, Inverter inputs and outputs, etc.) whose cable termination is completed and energized, we detect overheating points and prepare preventive reports.
Checking whether the assemblies at the project site are made in accordance with the relevant standards and the contract and reporting the deficiencies. We report deficiencies at regular intervals determined according to investor demand.
We conduct and report field inspections at any time during the operation period or within the scope of regular and preventive maintenance.
Grounding measurements should be made regularly before temporary acceptance and during operation periods. The lack of lightning protection and adequate grounding in electrical faults causes deterioration, burns and fires in the materials used. In this context, we check the continuity with the grounding connections and make grounding measurements in accordance with the standards.
We perform polarity tests for all cable connections (Solar cable, AC cable, DC cable). We control and report end-to-end cable lines.
In SPPs, Solar Panels are connected in series in series (groups) and the DC voltage is converted to AC voltage with the Inverter and transmitted to the SPP Main Collection Panel. The open circuit voltage Voc and the short circuit current Isc values are important for the accuracy of the panel numbers in the arrays and for determining that they are connected in series. All Voc and Isc measurements must be completed before the inverter is commissioned. During the operation period, these measurements should be made at most every 3 months within the scope of preventive and regulatory maintenance. Failure conditions can be detected from these measurement values before failure occurs and necessary adjustments can be made.
Function tests of the electrical control devices in the Transformer Kiosk, SPP Main Collection Panel should be performed.
Insulation tests should be carried out in accordance with the standards and voltage levels on the cables and other components in the power plant area. With insulation tests, it is determined whether there are insulation faults in components such as cables laid underground, cables laid on the cable carrying system, panels and cables that have been assembled. During the energizing and operation period, insulation faults are detected and eliminated, and possible short circuit faults and stopping of the plant are prevented.
